• Experience leading commercialization or capacity expansion projects.
• Proficiency with stage-gate processes and PM tools; integration with enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end commercialization and capacity expansion projects from initiation through launch.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Product Development.
• Flag risks and resource constraints to enable timely decisions.
• Design and improve project processes and governance for efficiency.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports; monitor project health and milestones.
