The Vita Coco Company is seeking a Global Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercialization and capacity expansion initiatives, focusing on U.S. and international markets.

You will drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Product Development, ensuring timely delivery and rigorous governance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in CPG/beverage, stage-gate fluency, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• PM certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) a plus.

• Proficiency with stage gate processes and PM systems (ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and capacity expansion projects from initiation through launch.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Product Development teams.
• Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints to ensure timely decision-making and execution.
• Own and continuously improve commercialization and supply chain project processes.
• Design governance frameworks and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to stage gate requirements and maintain robust documentation.
• Partner with leadership to align project portfolios with business strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional prioritization and resource allocation conversations.
• Help teams make data-informed decisions around project trade-offs and timelines.
• Serve as ClickUp super user; train and support global team members on platform usage.
• Develop integrations between ClickUp and other business systems to streamline data flow and reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and executive summaries to track project health and milestones.
• Define and monitor KPIs for project success.
• Identify potential project risks across operations and quality; co-develop mitigation plans with key stakeholders.

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented project leader to drive executional excellence across packaging innovation and global supply chain initiatives. The Global Supply Chain Project Manager is critical to ensuring speed, alignment, and flawless delivery across our global project portfolio.

This person will lead end-to-end commercialization and operational projects across Vita Coco’s global business. With a focus on both U.S. and international markets, this role will support packaging innovation, capacity expansion, and supply chain readiness—ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to launch. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise, experience navigating complex cross-functional workstreams, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercialization and capacity expansion projects from initiation through launch.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Product Development teams.

This is a reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

US Pay Range

$100,000 - $110,000 USD
