Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing to lead end-to-end supply across global markets from Bridgewater, NJ or Ghent, Belgium. This executive role drives strategy for planning, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and resilience to support launches and growth.

The AVP will build a world-class team, partner with clinical, manufacturing, and quality leaders, and shape supplier relationships and performance metrics for sustainable value.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive global supply chain leadership experience, incl. executive level.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical supply chain leadership.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, and risk mgmt.
• Experience with launches and rapid scale of supply networks; biologics or cell therapies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business needs.
• Own procurement strategy for materials, services, and external supply.
• Lead integrated demand and supply planning including S&OP/IBP.
• Oversee inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution globally.
• Lead supply for new product launches and lifecycle changes.
• Drive continuous improvement with analytics, digital tools, KPIs.
• Lead a high-performing global SCM organization and develop talent.
