Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Framework to lead the design, standardization, and governance of BioMarin’s end-to-end supply chain processes. This role drives process transformation, operational consistency, and cross-market adoption while partnering across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Commercial to embed best practices and deliver sustained performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation or global process ownership.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP, planning, logistics, Product Management.
• Strong governance, influence, and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed organization.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other recognized Operational Excellence methodology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process Design & Governance: Develop and maintain end-to-end process standards across Planning, Distribution, Launches, Variations, Value Chain, and Clinical Supply Chain.
• Transformation & Optimization: Redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and agility; partner with Digital and Analytics teams.
• Adoption & Capability Building: Implement new processes and design training and change management strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team; align strategies with Manufacturing, Clinical, QA, Commercial, and Finance.
• Performance & Reporting: Deliver measurable improvements; establish KPIs and dashboards; benchmark against best practices.
