Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing end-to-end value chains across clinical and commercial stages.
• Strong leadership and matrix management skills.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated, global biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, performance, and continuous improvement of the product value chain, aligned to enterprise standards.
• Lead the Value Stream Team and represent Supply Chain on TOPS Product Teams for assets in development.
• Ensure a compliant, robust, and cost-effective supply chain across development and market supply.
• Proactively manage risk and drive lifecycle and network strategies; inform regulatory decisions.
• Travel as required; role is fully remote with US-base requirement.
