Job summary

BioMarin’s Technical Operations is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Framework to design, standardize, and govern end-to-end supply chain processes. You will drive process transformation, governance, and cross-market adoption while partnering with Manufacturing, Clinical, QA, Commercial, and Finance to embed best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation or global process ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with global supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP, planning, logistics, Product Management.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other operational excellence methods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end supply chain processes across Planning, Distribution, Launches and Clinical Supply.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and agility across the supply chain.
• Drive adoption and capability-building programs with training and change management strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team with stakeholder alignment.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure process performance and maturity.
