This fully remote, US‑based role leads the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations, connecting global standards with regional execution to ensure continuity and regulatory readiness. The role requires 8+ years in biopharma, strong cross-functional influence, and expertise in governance, KPIs, and change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in biopharma supply chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches, variations, or lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of global commercialization processes, regulatory variation pathways, and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Launches & Variations Framework with clear roles, processes, and decision rights.
• Shape the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations from Phase 3 readiness through commercial lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional forums to drive decision-making and alignment for launch/execution.
• Enable regions with playbooks and readiness tools translating global expectations into actionable plans.
• Communicate framework updates and risks to leadership and governance bodies, with dashboards and metrics.
