Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Framework to design, standardize, and govern end-to-end supply chain processes on a global scale. This leader will drive process transformation, ensure operational consistency, and promote cross-market adoption across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Commercial.

You will embed best practices, deliver sustained improvements, and build a high-performing team with strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation or global process ownership.
• 12+ years of experience with global supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP, planning, logistics, Product Management.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end supply chain processes with global scope.
• Lead transformation and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and agility.
• Partner with Digital/Analytics to embed data-driven solutions.
• Build capability with training and change management programs.
• Represent Supply Chain Excellence in senior forums and governance bodies.
