Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions seeks a Director, Global Supply Chain & Process Excellence - Clinical Specialty Services, to lead the CSS S&OP across the network. You will ensure a single view of capacity and demand, drive data accuracy, and enable informed decisions.

You will oversee capacity models, analytics, and reporting, guiding cross‑functional teams and enabling alignment with strategic goals across sites. Travel across the network is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site or network planning in GMP.
• Experience owning an S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process.
• Experience rolling out planning processes across sites.
• Proven capacity model experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network S&OP process design, deployment and governance.
• Lead global S&OP meetings with standard procedures.
• Maintain procedures, calendars and training for leadership changes.
• Manage network capacity data by site and constraint.
• Communicate capacity and constraints to align quoting and scheduling.
• Oversee CSS planning tools and adoption across sites.
• Drive demand/supply reconciliation and forecast accuracy.
• Define and manage network-level metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and Process Excellence for data integrity.
• Apply AI and analytics to improve planning accuracy.
