Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, seeks a Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence to drive transformational improvements across our logistics network. Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, this role partners with senior leaders to define and execute a multi-year roadmap aimed at service, cost, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

Ten or more years in supply chain, operations or logistics with transformation experience.
Proven ability to lead large-scale improvement initiatives and roadmaps.
Strong analytics, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Experience in global, matrixed organizations; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics transformation initiatives across the network.
Partner with senior leaders to develop multi-year roadmaps.
Drive lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and value-stream analyses.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for executive reporting.
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance in process improvements.
