Merck & Co. is seeking a Director, GCS Continuous Improvement to lead end-to-end lean initiatives across Global Clinical Supply and partner organizations.

You will drive kaizen workshops, design and optimize processes, and coach diverse stakeholders in a GMP/GCP-compliant, data-driven improvement program. The role requires an LSS Black Belt, strong change management, and the ability to deliver measurable performance gains in a global clinical supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A graduate degree in scientific discipline would be beneficial.
• LSS black belt certification or equivalent experience is required.
• Extensive experience in facilitating kaizen workshops and leading complex projects.
• Understanding of Clinical supply chain and clinical trials including GCP & GMP.

Responsabilités

• Actively create a culture where Continuous Improvement is the norm.
• Lead process design/improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize processes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, KPIs related to performance, quality, and compliance.
• Coach lean concepts and connect partner organizations for learning.
• Collaborate across GCS, GCTO, GDQ, PSCS, Procurement and QA teams.
