Centessa Pharmaceuticals in Boston is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and maintenance of uninterrupted clinical supply across assigned programs.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with GMP/GDP throughout global studies. You will also drive improvements in forecasting, labeling, and IP release to support successful trials.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is required.
• 3–5 years biotech/pharma clinical supply chain experience, including international exposure.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and clinical supply chain processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and external vendors.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute clinical supply strategies for early- to mid-phase trials (Phase 1–3).
• Manage clinical supply plans, forecasts, and inventory, including IRT systems.
• Support packaging, labeling, distribution, and resupply of IP and comparators.
• Ensure on-time delivery to depots and clinical sites globally.
• Collaborate with Quality, Clinical, CMC, and external CDMOs on labels and schedules.
• Coordinate with CDMOs for IP/QP release and document transfers.
• Monitor shelf-life, expiry dating, and manage temperature excursions and complaints.
