Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sustainability/ESG, procurement, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain human rights due diligence, including conflict minerals regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank Section 1502).
• Experience with supplier diversity programs.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and regulatory landscapes (e.g., CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and support supply chain digitization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of supply chain sustainability programs aligned with ESG goals and external frameworks.
• Manage supplier identification, onboarding, performance tracking, and internal/external reporting.
• Implement human rights due diligence processes across the supply chain, focusing on conflict minerals compliance and forced labor risk mitigation.
• Conduct supply chain sustainability maturity assessments and supplier segmentation to identify ESG risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment of policies and supplier expectations.
• Support supply chain digitization by enhancing data collection, automation, and reporting capabilities across ESG metrics.
• Drive supplier engagement and capability building through training and communications.
• Contribute to broader strategic supply chain initiatives including resilience planning and responsible sourcing innovation.
• Lead and support broad Supply Chain Strategic programs advancing enterprise priorities across functions.
