This role leads a team developing strategic initiatives to optimize operations, drive efficiency, and support business growth across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong GMP manufacturing and regulatory knowledge (CMC, quality operations).
• 15+ years in manufacturing operations, strategy or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies.
• Strong planning, project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global manufacturing strategies across ME&C sites.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align global plans.
• Manage ME&C site selection and make-buy processes.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Lead LRP processes for the SVP of Manufacturing and align regional strategies.
• Provide tools and decks for senior leadership performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with regional ME&C leaders to drive regional initiatives.
