AbbVie seeks a Senior Director, Manufacturing Strategy to steer global ME&C manufacturing initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, quality, supply chain, and engineering to shape strategy, optimize sites and drive growth.

The role requires deep GMP knowledge, 15+ years in manufacturing leadership, and collaborative management of regional and global programs within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Significant 15+ years in manufacturing operations, strategy or leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement manufacturing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global manufacturing strategies across ME&C sites.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align manufacturing plans.
• Manage site selection and buy processes for ME&C network.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor strategic project progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry trends.
