Job summary

Kovoro is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager in Minneapolis to oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory management and logistics across domestic and international channels. You will lead a team of six buyers and planners and drive supplier qualification, performance management and cost reduction initiatives.

The role requires experience in FDA-regulated supply chains and ISO 13485 processes, with strong ERP skills (SAP, Oracle or NetSuite) and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• FDA-regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, pharma, or diagnostics).
• Strong ISO 13485 supplier control & incoming inspection knowledge.
• ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Our client is a rapidly growing Class II and Class III medical device company headquartered in Minneapolis with manufacturing operations and a global contract manufacturing network. The company has tripled its product portfolio over the past four years and is investing in supply chain infrastructure to match its commercial growth.

As Supply Chain Manager you will have responsibility for procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics across domestic and international supply channels. You will manage a team of 6 buyers and planners, lead supplier qualification and performance management activities, build inventory models to support new product launches, and drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives.

This role requires someone who can operate effectively in both strategic planning and hands-on execution modes. Experience with FDA-regulated supply chains and the associated documentation requirements is essential.

Requirements

• 7+ years of supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Prior experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharma, or diagnostics)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 supplier control requirements and incoming inspection processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite); advanced Excel skills required
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
