Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with ATL’s international presence.
• Lead global procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution across multiple sites.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity and reliability across markets.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels globally.
• Oversee supplier qualification and audit processes to ensure compliance with international standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree

15+ years of experience in supply chain management

5+ years in a leadership role overseeing global operations

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
