Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end Global Category Management and Materials Program Management for the PCBA and EE/PCB supply chain supporting the Leo program.

You will build resilient, cost-optimized supplier bases with cross-functional teams, align with engineering and program management, and deliver supply continuity, cost reductions, and risk mitigation across advanced sourcing, NPI, production, and EOL.

Qualifications

5+ years of supply chain, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
3+ years of team management experience.
7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and program management teams on electronic programs.

Responsibilities

Lead Team Leadership & People Management in global sourcing and supply chain.
Drive Commodity Strategy & Strategic Sourcing (GCM) across critical electronics components.
Oversee Materials Program Management & CM Execution (MPM) with CM partners.
Manage Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency planning and execution.
Control Cost, Financial & Contract Management for engagements.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management across teams.
