Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive technical manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations for PCBAs destined for our satellites.

The role emphasizes managing contract manufacturers end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve capacity, quality and delivery metrics with a focus on long-term manufacturing capability in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs.
• Ensure on-time delivery to meet Leo production rate requirements.
• Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities.
• Measure, control and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers.
• Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints.
• Balance development and engineering needs to minimize production impacts.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and reporting systems.
