Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Manager of Global Supply Chain to lead end-to-end PCBA and EE/PCB component supply chains, from advanced sourcing through production, sustaining, and EOL. You will build a resilient, cost-optimized supply base aligned with satellite launch schedules.

The role demands strong negotiation, financial modeling, and people development skills, with cross-functional leadership across EMS/CM partners and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of team management experience; 7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and program management teams on electronic programs.
