Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Manager for the Operations Program Management team to lead manufacturing and procurement operations across the PCBA supply base for satellites. You will drive daily delivery while shaping long-term supply chain strategies and risk mitigation.

You will mentor a grow­ing team of program managers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and report progress to senior leadership with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
• 5+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or related field experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials, capacity, and quality requirements.
• Experience driving continuous improvement activities and RCA/COE.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Program Managers.
• Ensure hardware is delivered to support production schedules, tracking risks with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate supplier production lines for capacity and quality to protect future deliveries.
• Report status to senior leadership clearly and succinctly.
• Develop and implement team best practices and replicate across teams.
• Lead the team to execute annual improvement plans.
