Job summary

Experience managing optics, optical assemblies, precision components, or equivalent technical commodities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies with stakeholders to meet Leo program objectives.
Drive hardware delivery from requirements development to on-dock with quality and cost targets.
Lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Negotiate agreements and statements of work with critical suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction and risk mitigation.
