Job summary

Thorlabs, Newton, NJ, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to bridge analytics and stakeholders for global inventory optimization. You will maintain reorder points, planning parameters in D365, and manage cross‑unit workstreams across locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain or analytics, ERP experience, and strong communication skills to drive improvements and governance across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• ERP experience, especially Dynamics 365, is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory optimization projects and milestones.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and governance records.
• Communicate with business units and track action items.
• Support D365 data maintenance for reorder points and DOS.
• Prepare leadership updates and KPI reports.
