Job summary

groninger is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support daily supply chain operations, track projects, and maintain accurate data records. You will facilitate cross‑department communication and provide timely updates to project managers and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supply chain, logistics, or project coordination role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with project management software preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all assigned cases, orders, and supply chain activities from initiation through completion.
• Enter, maintain, and audit supply chain data for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on open items and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as a key point of contact between Supply Chain, Project Managers, Operations, and other internal departments.
• Coordinate departmental communications to ensure alignment and information sharing across teams.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc status reports.
• Identify potential issues and elevate concerns promptly to appropriate leaders.
• Lead or support daily morning update meetings to review project status, open issues, priorities, and action items.
• Document meeting outcomes and ensure action items are communicated and tracked to completion.
• Support the strategic goals and values of the company
