Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at a four-year university or recent graduate (within 12 months) in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering projects under supervision across operations.
• Help in layout, design, specs, data collection and evaluation.
• Coordinate mining, mechanical, civil projects with scope and cost estimates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency and cost control.
• Support collaboration with multiple departments and safety initiatives.
