This role requires strong leadership, EVMS/FP&A expertise, and the ability to drive cost-conscious decisions across multi‑billion‑dollar initiatives while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel, SAP/MRP skills and material forecasting.
• Experience with GSC Business Operations cost control.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and provide management recommendations.
• Ability to train and guide team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program personnel and finance partners to align cost-functional requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance reviews for GSC finance analysts.
• Plan and oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and Earned Value reporting.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion for subcontracts and material, and drive cost-conscious decision-making.
• Promote a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement across the team.
