The role partners with Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and policy alignment.

Responsibilities include managing EACs/ETCs, forecasting and supplier reporting, EVMS adherence, and staff development. A strong analytics mindset and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials finance and earned value management.
• Proven leadership and program management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/SAP MRP experience.
• Able to train and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Materials Cost Management team.
• Coordinate generation of Material EACs/ETCs, forecasting, estimates, and supplier reporting.
• Ensure EVMS guideline adherence, risk analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align proposals with policies.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition.
• Partner with Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex business operations issues and implement process improvements.
