Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a senior supply-chain leader to execute acquisition plans and manage performance across the full supply base for Skunk Works programs. The role demands advanced EV/CAM experience, a Secret clearance, and a history of directing large, global teams.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, and shaping material strategies with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant supply-chain acquisition experience.
• Active Secret clearance (mandatory).
• Expertise in earned‑value management (EV) and Cost Accounting Management (CAM).
• Proven experience with Cost‑type and Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) contracts.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts at TINA‑level.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS (including supplements).
• Working knowledge of SAP for supply‑chain planning and execution.
• Direct leadership of a buying team of 150+ employees (or larger).
• Proven track record building, staffing, and developing global supply-chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition execution to support program objectives while maintaining procurement system integrity.
• Oversee cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance of the supply base across development, production, and sustainment.
• Report to the Director and contribute to shaping material strategies enabling new business opportunities.
• Provide end‑to‑end leadership of a high‑performing global supply‑chain team.
