Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager for the ARRW program in Orlando, FL. You will lead a team of subcontract professionals, manage supply chain execution, and own end-to-end processes from negotiations to risk mitigation on the LRIP production life-cycle.

Responsibilities include directing costs, schedules, and technical performance, and coordinating with engineers, quality, and procurement to deliver critical contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain secret security clearance.
• Major Subcontract Management experience in aerospace & defense.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to inspire and develop teammates.
• Problem solving and ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements for subcontractors.
• Develops sourcing and subcontract program management plans addressing program capture needs, execution, and risk.
• Leads end-to-end subcontract life cycle from business case to award, transition, and closeout.
• Make informed decisions affecting subcontractor performance.
• Establishes milestone objectives to meet schedules and specs.
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure subcontract execution and program delivery.
