Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. in the United States seeks a Global Supply Chain Contracts Specialist to lead end-to-end commercial contracting across capital equipment and services, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance and InfoSec to balance savings, risk and compliance.

You will negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, change orders, amendments, and related documents, manage documentation, and drive process improvements in a global, collaborative environment. Reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, licenses, change orders, renewals, amendments.
• Develop negotiation strategies using playbooks, benchmarks, and category strategies.
• Use templates and clause libraries to accelerate cycle time and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance and InfoSec to assess third-party risk and ensure compliance (SOX, data privacy).
• Identify automation opportunities and drive standardization and stakeholder training.
