MKS Instruments seeks a Director of Business Unit Supply Chain Strategy to align demand, product roadmaps, and the global supply network for Plasma, Reactive Gas, and Controls businesses. You will lead a matrixed organization, coordinating with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to ensure capacity, continuity, and on-time execution.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define the BU supply strategy and translate market demand into clear supply requirements.
• Drive cross-functional root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring supply issues.
• Identify critical supply gaps early and align owners around mitigation plans.
• Develop strategic suppliers to increase capacity and continuity.
• Support new product introduction with supply readiness and manufacturability considerations.
• Establish focus on supplier qualification and documentation for customer commitments.
• Influence sourcing roadmaps for technologies and commodities to meet business needs.
• Partner on capacity expansion and risk mitigation for demand growth.
• Provide executive-level visibility into risks and recovery plans.
