Job summary

MKS Inc. in the United States is seeking a Global Supply Chain Contracts Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end commercial contracting across capital equipment and global services.

You will negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and related documents, partnering with Category Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and InfoSec to balance savings, risk, and compliance. This role requires collaboration across multiple organizations, sites, and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with experience managing contract documentation and version control.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end contract lifecycle across NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and amendments.
• Develop negotiation strategies using playbooks, benchmarks, and category plans.
• Leverage templates and clause libraries to speed contract cycles.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec to manage risk and ensure SOX/data privacy compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and promote standardization and training.
