Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps Business Operations Excellence (BOE) team. You will drive the supplier management program across data centers, partnering with Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to optimize lifecycle, category management, and contracts.

The role requires expert program leadership for matrix teams and the ability to create scalable processes for fleetwide services, supplier engagement, and invoicing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, Data Centers or related fields.
• Experience in handling external stakeholders/clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of services-based global sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate within multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
• Experience with outsourcing maintenance work in data center environments.
• Experience managing third-party services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to scope initiatives with limited context.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Act as a consultant for the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Serve as an expert program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions for end-to-end Critical Supplier management.
• Be the main contact for supplier engagement for operational needs.
• Manage contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce inefficiencies.
• Expertise in invoicing and resolving invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites for vendor-related operations issues.
• Write and implement standards for data center operations teams.
• Monitor adherence to standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously improve revisions to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Develop implementation, compliance, adherence, and communication plans.
