Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle, category management, audits, and contract oversight for fleetwide services across data centers, partnering with Sourcing, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering.

You will optimize end-to-end supplier management, improve processes, and be the main contact for supplier engagement initiatives. Strong program management and invoicing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an operations or service-focused business model
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers or related fields
• Proven stakeholder management and client engagement
• Strong data analysis in Excel or equivalent
• Understanding of global sourcing, procurement and supply chain
• Ability to navigate multi-dimensional matrix teams
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects
• Experience with external third-party services
• Excellent communications and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or technical field

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create audit frameworks to ensure supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes.
• Lead matrix-team programs and complex problem-solving.
• Develop scalable programmatic solutions for supplier management.
• Be the main point of contact for supplier engagements at fleet level.
• Oversee contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify inefficiencies and partner across teams to reduce duplication.
• Navigate invoicing issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support data center sites with vendor-related operation issues.
• Write and implement standards for data center operations.
• Monitor adherence to standards and drive improvements.
