Job summary

Meta is seeking a Supplier Strategy Lead in its data center operations division in the United States. You will manage global supplier programs, drive governance and compliance, and enable efficient sourcing and procurement while acting as a trusted consultant across matrix teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an operations or service-oriented model, providing technical or professional services
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, Data Centers or similar
• Experience managing external stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills with datasets in Excel or similar tools
• Understanding of services-based, global sourcing and supply chain management
• Ability to work in multi-dimensional matrix teams
• Experience with outsourcing maintenance in data centers

Responsibilities

• Lead global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle
• Develop and implement business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management
• Consult on the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process
• Serve as program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem-solving
• Create scalable solutions for end-to-end supplier management in Facility Operations
• Be main point of contact for supplier engagement initiatives
• Oversee contract and supplier management for fleetwide services
• Identify inefficiencies and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce duplication
• Navigate invoicing complexities and support data center operations issues
