Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join our FacOps BOE team in the United States. You will drive supplier lifecycle programs, category management, and audits, while partnering with Sourcing, Legal, and Engineering to optimize procurement across data center operations.

You will manage contracts, invoicing, and end-to-end supplier processes, building scalable solutions and acting as the main contact for supplier engagements across fleetwide services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations or service-focused experience, delivering client services.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations or Data Centers.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and complex programs.
• Strong analysis and data handling in Excel or similar tools.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supplier lifecycle programs and category management.
• Create and oversee audits and supplier performance reviews.
• Drive sourcing and procurement support for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes.
• Serve as senior program manager for matrix teams and issue resolution.
• Develop scalable processes for fleetwide supplier management.
