Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive the supplier lifecycle, category management and contract oversight for fleetwide services at data centers, partnering with Sourcing, Operations, Legal and Engineering to optimize processes.

In this role you will implement standards, audits, and governance, lead cross-functional programs, and continuously improve supplier management to deliver efficiency and compliance across global facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an operations or service-focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations or Data Centers.
• Experience handling external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of global sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Consult on the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Lead complex problem-solving as a program manager for matrix teams.
• Create scalable solutions to improve end-to-end supplier management.
• Be main contact for supplier engagement initiatives at fleet level.
• Manage contracts and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplication and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce inefficiencies.
• Display invoicing expertise and navigate complex invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites where vendor issues arise.
• Write and implement standards for efficient data center operations.
• Monitor adherence to standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously improve revisions for a dynamic environment.
• Create implementation, compliance, and communication plans.
