Job summary

Meta is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle programs, category management, and contract governance across data center operations, partnering with Sourcing, Legal, Enterprise Engineering and Operations.

The role emphasizes scalable, end‑to‑end supplier management, audits, and continuous process improvements to support fleetwide services globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to clean and analyze data in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience in services-based global, multi‑business units sourcing and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Act as consultant for the PR-to-PO process.
• Lead matrix‑team projects and drive complex problem solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions for end‑to‑end supplier management in Facility Operations.
• Main contact for supplier engagement initiatives at fleet level.
• Oversee contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify inefficiencies and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to reduce duplication.
• Navigate invoicing issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support data center sites with vendor-related operation issues.
• Write and implement standards to improve data center operations efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to standards and drive improvements.
