Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy for the FacOps BOE team overseeing supplier lifecycle, category management, audits, and contract management for fleetwide services in data centers.

You will partner with Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to optimize processes, enable procurement, and drive continuous improvement across vendor programs at data center sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Operations, Data Centers OR related fields.
• Experience handling external stakeholders/clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze datasets.
• Understanding of services-based global sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate within multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Experience with outsourcing maintenance work in data center environments.
• Experience overseeing third party services.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to scope initiatives with limited context.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for supplier lifecycle and category management.
• Create and enable business review frameworks and audits for supplier performance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes.
• Serve as lead program manager for matrix teams and complex problems.
• Develop scalable programmatic solutions for fleetwide supplier management.
• Be the main point of contact for supplier engagements at the fleet level.
• Oversee contract and supplier management for centrally governed services.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Navigate invoicing issues and ensure accurate billing.
