Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in New York, NY seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager for Global Supplier Services. You will shape strategy to optimize third-party spend and strengthen firmwide banking relationships, reporting to the Head of Banking Relationship Management.

In this role, you will lead discussions with senior stakeholders, navigate complex organizations, and drive sourcing initiatives that unlock commercial value while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, sourcing, business development, or relationship management.
• Expertise in sourcing processes and Procure to Pay lifecycle.
• Familiar with banking products and financial services.
• Experience working with senior management.
• Excellent executive communication and collaboration skills.
• Confident, collaborative, and able to build trust with stakeholders.
• Discretion, professionalism and sound judgment for senior-level discussions.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to handle complex challenges.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and execute strategy to grow/protect client relationships and convert prospects to clients.
• Navigate matrixed organizations to align strategy across Banking, Sourcing, and lines of business.
• Influence sourcing deals to optimize cost, delivery, and franchise relationships.
• Support relationship management efforts, including issue remediation and escalation handling.
• Compile leadership briefings by diving into supplier relationships and data.
• Conduct due diligence and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Apply business acumen to shape strategy and decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
• Ensure activities comply with established policies and procedures.
