Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead quality planning, corrective actions, and continual improvement across NPI to mass production. You will drive data-driven quality assurance, develop quality systems and work instructions, and coach junior staff to raise knowledge.

The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading audits, managing EC and SPCN changes, and applying ISO/IPC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
4–6 years in quality in manufacturing
Experience with ISO/IPC standards and audits
Proven problem-solving and teamwork

Responsibilities

Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently and take effective actions on time.
Oversee the product & material quality from NPI to mass production.
Develop the quality control plan for material/process/product.
Monitor and report quality KPI for internal and external customers.
Drive continuous improvement to benefit customer, CLS and supplier.
Develop and maintain internal quality system, procedures, work instructions and workmanship standards.
Lead process/product/system/supplier audits and follow-up actions.
Follow up EC (Engineering Change) and SPCN (Supplier Process Change Notification) changes.
Coach junior quality staff to improve their quality knowledge.
Participate in quality strategy deployment.
