Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for metals and drive unit components. You will own supplier development, production readiness, and post-launch stabilization to meet Lucid’s manufacturing requirements for capability, quality, capacity, timing, and scalable execution.

The role combines deep manufacturing knowledge with risk management and executive communication to align suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in automotive manufacturing or supplier industrialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and launching complex components.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supplier Industrialization Engineers from sourcing through Start of Production and post-launch stabilization.
• Drive APQP/PPAP deliverables including PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flows, Safe Launch Plans.
• Provide manufacturing leadership across metal casting, forging, machining, and drive unit components.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure design for manufacturability and quality.
