Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in the USA (remote Texas) seeks a CoE Manager, Engineering & Supplier Enablement to drive the global supplier engagement program and harmonize enablement standards. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and build scalable processes for supplier onboarding and performance measurement.

Collaborators include IT, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Experience with supplier operations, warehousing, or global accounts is preferred.
Strong analytical and KPI development capability.

Responsibilities

Lead the global supplier enablement program and harmonize processes across regions.
Translate supplier requirements into standardized workflows, reports, and tools.
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Quality, and other CoE functions to drive improvements.
Define KPIs, monitor supplier performance, and escalate risks when needed.
Develop and implement change-management strategies aligned with AWS priorities.
