DSV COE Manager, Engineering & Supplier Enablement, GCM, is a leadership role focused on shaping and harmonizing the Global Supplier Enablement Program across AWS and DSV. You will drive engagement, onboarding standards, and continuous improvement to enable scalable supplier solutions.

You will map current and future-state processes, develop SOPs, and define KPIs to monitor performance while collaborating with IT, Operations, Quality, and Compliance to ensure alignment with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with supplier enablement and VMI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and KPI development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with AWS Supplier Engagement and Global Supplier Managers to understand supplier enablement requirements.
• Translate requirements into a harmonized global Supplier Enablement Program with standardized processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement supplier-enablement solutions.
• Lead the global supplier interface across AWS, GCM, and operations to build relationships.
• Develop and govern the supplier program for operational excellence, governance, and standardization.
