Holland America Line is seeking a Concierge for Suite Experience to provide personalized service and support to guests before, during, and after their cruise. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences by managing requests and coordinating efforts between shipboard and shoreside teams.

This fully remote position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and at least two years of relevant experience. Benefits include travel privileges and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hospitality, concierge, guest services, travel, cruise, or contact center experience.
• Ability to handle escalated guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service systems such as Siebel or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level support to guests before, during, and after the cruise.
• Coordinate guest requests and resolutions with shipboard teams.
• Research and respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or service requests.
