Job summary

Gigamon is seeking a Principal Global Success Automation & Solutions Engineer to lead post-sales deployment and optimization of network visibility and security products. You will drive customer outcomes through design, automation, and scalable delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-user engineers to ensure security and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, deployment and management of network tools with emphasis on security and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, L2/L3, IPv4/IPv6.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C and APIs.
• Experience leading technical initiatives with cross-geo teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/CIS/NIST security standards is desirable.
• Experience with SDKs and other languages is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI by developing tools for Global Success.
• Lead solution design, deployment, and optimization for Gigamon’s network visibility and security products; propose optimized deployment options across industries.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, CIS, NIST) with system architects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement security policies.
• Automate and streamline post-sales processes to improve customer experience and time-to-value.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and pilot deliveries to ensure high-quality deployments.
