Qualifications

• 5+ years developing subscription growth strategies for a premium news organization.
• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, paywall and registration strategies, user behavior, and subscription models.
• Experience partnering with editorial, product, and marketing teams to grow digital subscriptions.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions, including analyzing customer journeys and optimizing funnels.
• Strong project management skills with data-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, full-funnel strategy that drives engagement, subscriber acquisition, and retention.
• Own the web and app testing roadmap for registration walls, paywalls, and product journeys.
• Build install-to-paid acquisition strategies across mobile web and apps; test campaigns and cohorts.
• Define audience cohorts from performance data to guide decisions and optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Translate performance into actionable roadmaps while overseeing timelines and creative development.
