Kona Grill is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a high-volume setting. You will engage guests, suggest pairings, and ensure rapid, accurate service at a lively venue.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar stock, knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a dynamic team focused on guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume, upscale bar/restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Standing for long periods and lifting bar equipment as needed.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Engage with guests, offering menu recommendations and interactive service.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions following proper procedures.
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized, clean bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management.
• Support the front-of-house team with food running, bussing tables, and hosting help.
