Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell menu items.
• Serve beverages while adhering to liquor laws and hotel policies.
• Manage side duties, opening/closing duties, and POS transactions.
• Create handcrafted cocktails and advise guests on pairings.
• Train new staff and ensure seamless meal pacing for guests.
• Maintain bar supplies and equipment during service.
