Qualifications

• Experience bartending in high-volume, upscale environments.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Ability to deliver friendly, interactive guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift bar items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain expert knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Engage with guests with menu recommendations and interaction.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and process payments.
• Set up and stock the bar to stay clean and organized.
• Garnish drinks and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Perform cash drops at shift end.
• Support front-of-house with food running and bussing.
